Of course both have a great impact but when money comes in the picture, compromising with the work environment is a general concept. My question is, is there anybody here who is ready to work with a lower salary than his/her previous salary but with a better infrastructure and more co-operative colleagues. The answer 'YES' will be more in number but everybody has a certain limit to tolerate such diminishing not beyond that even if how interesting the job might be!! So, money is the first inspiration..

I support to money factor. Not only fresher but also experience or for married employee salary inspires to work better and achieve professional growth This may be because money require personal life and responsibilities. At the retirement age or as person cross through middle of his age when person somewhat get retire from family responsibilities then he looks for good work environment factors.
