'Following a disciplined path limits your freedom or in other words exercising more freedom will make you less disciplined' and this is the common stance which most people agree and so make\follow rules in any organization to come up in their career. The controversy peaks here from some people saying that when let in their own freedom away from the clutches of rules & regulation they are able to perform well in their career especially the employees under a manager whose attitude is only about the result and not about how the employee makes to the result. So I would request my dear toostep community to put forth its views in it.

Freedom can be over used. Discipline is necessary to good and quality work..

Freedom from managers who pose a threat to our growth and freedom from damagers who threatens the way we work - I think the word 'Freedom' should not be blown out of proportion. It should signify 'the way a work needs to be performed by an individual without any compromise on the ethical values and commitment to its obligations to the customer'.

The word discipline itself brings in shivers as it indicates 'Policing' and not otherwise. Therefore freedom is the way to be.

I believe people when given more freedom would be motivated to perform well but the above sentence could be referred only to people who follow self discipline.

Discipline is a way of declaring, "That correction needs to occur. If it doesn't, there will be consequences." It will sound basic, yet the truth is it's easy to make mistakes in future it result in an ineffective session, after which nothing changes can done.
