Mr.Susil I am not clear about the sides and I feel it would have been better if you have asked as an idea contest. Yes we can measure according to the service he provides us and through which means he provides it. How he handles his clients and understand their needs. But these measurements are only through intangible ways and I don't think we can measure it in a tangible way.
