As a person gets old his efficiency perhaps decreases and he needs rest. He has already worked for so many years of his life, now is his time to relax.. let him.. Why to work till death?

limit in working should not be based upon your age, but it should be on your willingness. if u have great enthusiasm and zeal then there is no limit........ it is because of this reason some people say that " i relax while i am working"...............

We already have limits ( 60 -65 years ) in Government and private sectors jobs.A cap of 70 years appears to be appropriate maintaining a balance between work life and retirement.

Sprituality never says you should retire.A person can be spritual at any stage the age has nothing to do.

Only we are confusing that only old people are fit enough for spritual and relegious functions.

The efficiency of the person will never get decreased at any stage.It isonly the physical movements and quickness gets disturbed as the age incrases.

As such the man can work  till he can and restricts  himself as he grew older.this depends upon the individual and alos his mental strength and will power.

Have you not seen people at the age of age of 70 pulling a hnad cart or rickshaw.You may say it is ddue to compulsion,but the mental ability of the personnplays the vital role.

Our polticians like manmmohan singh Advani are classic example and no way they are inferior to others. l

no its not right , actually fact is , depand on person need or which way want to get needs like as really or may be dreamy , if dreamy there work have limit like age, reluxe or death else but in case of really person dont have work limit, its count as get the target ,( by hook or by cook )

I am of the opinion that one can very easily,effortlessly work till the age of 65,not more than that.No doubt the polititians are working till death in most cases.But working in a corporate office,industry or any other place where physical and mental strains are likely one should restrict to the age of 65 only.

There are stages of life. you need to achieve the spiritual self actualization(not the none in Maslow's hierarchy of needs). you need to reflect, you need to look at yourself , smile at yourself..... And you should not hang on .... till 84 84 or so , standing in the way of next generation. So I support extence
