Governess says- Inflation rate is 15.52 from 16% etc, does it actually meaningful for you ?? * you should know real impact of inflation in erasing your purchasing power, food articles got inflated by 53% from 2005- 2010 food grains- 55% ,wheat 59% , fruits and Vegetables 33%, onion 80% , Milk 46%, meat/fish- 46%, Ghee 52%., SOURCE-India.gov.in your annual purchasing power is going down by average 30% , so you should keep getting hike more than this or at least this much to remain at par or you are getting poor every year, OPEN UR EYES, put your hand on heart before opposing this and Please be factual and realistic.

In every organization too much competition, politics internally. If we have to hike, we have to create opportunity, space with hard as well as smart work. We have to show some different way work that top management can identify. We have to create our own identity and will gett success to hike not only every year but also possible on six month.

Yes. If you keep working hard, you can xpect a hike of 20% certainly. 30% is possible, if other parameters are also in consonance with the hard work.
