In today age where marraige are breaking faster than they are made , its high time we young folks get some idea from the experienced people that what really makes a marriage work and how can we make sure that the foundation on which a relation is made does not break ? PS : I would request everyone participating in this discussion to be straightforward and not idealistic in their views.

Yes I agree with Shilpa as she has correctly put it across the blend of all these will make a base but it also makes the marriage a successful and everlasting. One things I would like to emphasize on that it begins with trust then develops in to affection results in to love and ends in to marriage. But the last one that is love should be endless as love after the marriage is very very important than love before.
