most of the times it happens that your own seniors want to hamper your growth. this all happens to me in axis bank but i am absolutely against this inresponsiveness behaviour of seniors. by the name of tough corporate culture and work pressure  they are hiding their sins.

This happens only when somebody is only hardworking; this can be excluded by working smart also. Consistency in hardwork is important

This happens everywhere. you feel it because you are wounded now. keep your calm and allow a little time to pass and you would find either the situation has changed or the person who has created has moved. But mean time pl keep concentrated on your functional aspects and grab every situation to market self.

No.Handle them with an open mind. This helps you in the long run. Any pre-detrmined notion will hamper your growth. After all you are not going to work under the same person all throughout your life. Be patient, listen with an open mind and work sincerely.

exactly this happens every where...Its better to concentrate on your own work and let them do what they can do....Defeat them through your performance rather than arguing..
