Let us not be content with talking theory let us be practical.I have been seeing your name for abt 1.5 years since i started going thro Toostep.How many of us from those days are still continuing?Is there not a big erosion? I have 348 contacts but do not think 10% is still continuing and contributing.The quality of contributions,the kind of information shared,the standard of English,attitude of some people,similar subjects brought under different captions by different people, and what not? Very rarely come across some useful,valuable and worthy contributions.Very sad development.

By sharing your knowledge and opinion your knowledge will never decrease I believe rather you will enhance some more added aspects that you may not be knowing as of now. To be an expert on any area may be a matter of getting maximum votes in their favour but almost all may be believing to go ahead of sharing their KNOWLEDGE.

NOBODY IS GIVING WORTHY CONTENT AND THERE HAVE BEEN MANY CASES, WHERE I FOUND IRRELEVANT TALKS AND ROUNDABOUT EXPRESSIONS IN DEBATES.  EXCEPT INSIGHTS, QUESTION & ANSWERS, TRENDS ETC, DEBATES AND IDEAS HAVE NEVER BEEN UPTO THE MARK.  UNNECESSARY DEBATES AND IDEAS ARE NOWADAYS BEING CREATED.


HOW FAR THAT IS JUST?  


EVERYONE IS CONFIGURING DEBATES IN PUBLIC MODE, IT SHOULD ALWAYS BE SET TO PRIVATE BEFORE ITS RELEASE ON TOOSTEP, AS THE DEBATE GOES VISIBLE EVEN TO NON TOOSTEP USER WHO CAN VIEW YOUR ARGUMENT.  YOU CAN CHECK THIS OPTION BY USING GOOGLE SEARCH, TYPE YOUR OWN DEBATE OR IDEA IN GOOGLE SEARCH WITHOUT CONFIGURING IN PRIVATE MODE, YOU WILL FIND YOUR DEBATE IS VISIBLE TO EVERYONE.  


WHEN IT COMES TO CONNECTIONS, I THINK, IT SHOULD NOT EXCEED MORE THAN 100, AS YOU WILL DEFINITELY FIND SOME EFFICIENT PEOPLE OUT OF 100 FOR DEBATES AND IDEAS.  

AND APART FROM THE ABOVE, THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS ADDED CONNECTION GETS FULL RIGHTS TO ACCESS YOUR PROFILE AND VIEW UPDATES. IT IS BETTER NOT TO ADD EVERYONE, BE SELECTIVE WHILE ADDING A PERSON TO YOUR MEMBERS LIST.  I RECEIVED MANY ADD REQUESTS, BUT I DID NOT APPROVE THEM, BECAUSE  I AM QUITE SELECTIVE.
