Any project which does not conform to mother nature is to be implemented only if it contributes to the immediate locals first without affecting their environment ,livelihood and tradition.

Merely taking up projects for benefit of some people hundreds or thouands of Kms away treading on peaceful living of some is not a good idea and does not improve anything.
