Ph.D  is the most sought out qualification for top posts. Even spam are sighned by Dr. so and so.. of course not JIVAGO.Do you think in future Ph. D would be the most sought out option as graduates are now in millions

Yes I am afraid as there need to be a system of grading and selecting. In the absense of the impartiality and correct selection procedure and lot of competition with limited employment opportunities. one can not rule out the possibilty.

I don't believe that in the future the minimum requirement for a job will be a Ph.D. Qualification is must in a top most position, but the main thing will be how you deal with the work and how you carry yourself in the organisation.
