National rural employment act (NREGA) is emplimante by UPA gov. for changing rural lifestyle. But benefit of this act is not going to correct people. there are seen some problem in implementation of this act. So how can its useful?

NREGA is like something is better than nothing.But in the long run it will not meaningfully fulfil the real purpose. It is like First Aid to ailing patient. In parallel govt. should quickly initiate programs to educate/train to make the vilage youth employable and provide them opportunity to earn their livelyhood though productive jobs, farming and other infrastructure prject related jobs. Its very helpful sheme for BPL ,subjected to implementation ,if it is done with full honesty and people posted for implementing it are serious and devoted to the programme.

NREGA is of great help to the rural community in India. Nowadays our country has been caught in severe drought and the agricultural yield which is the prime source of income for the rual India has depreciated considerably. With the implementation of NREGA scheme the government can extend a helping  hand to these people, also the recent suggestion to extend the no of days from 100 to 200 is also appreciable.

NREGA is a great approach to bring the last citizens of india into the main stream. now they will have more disposable income with them so it will boost not only their lifestyle but also our economy as a whole. but we have certain fundamental flaws in it's implementation part which i believe be overcome in few years because it is very new concept for our country. i srongly believe that this 39000 crore is going in the right hands to uplift india from current level to a level we want it to go.
