I agree that, if the seed team themselves do not possess these capabilities, they need to co-opt someone who does on a full-time basis, and make the seed team complete. In any start-up team, there are a few things that the founding team must possess from day one, whatever may be the business idea. These includes;

1. Ability to read numbers

2. Ability to negotiate with investors

3. Ability to bring business

4. Ability to produce and deliver

5. Ability to get the first sale, deliver the first product and negotiate with the real estate developer, the bank and the suppliers, besides the people who will bring in investment
