Where is the real solution lying for healthier society :Technology or Culture?

The society is facing dangers on account of gruesome corruption and drastic climate changes.The solution lies either in technological or cultural refinement.It is dreamed that the technology can save this Planet but what if the corruption has overridden the Planet with technologically sound background?There will be a sure need for a cultural refinement too only then there can be a harmony maintained. Its difficult to arrive to a conclusion whether this Planet is in the hands of technologically sound people or in politically sound ones.Lets see how you put it.

Well ofcourse it is the technology which is in need right now more than the culture.What is more important is to save this Planet somehow.Newer safer technology is what is need of the hour.Although it is accepted that culture is the backbone of a society,but still technology has to be more focussed on in present situation.

Climate changes can be dealt with changes brought in our technology.Likewise society's parasite growing corruption can also be dealt with the help of new weaponary.

So there can be no question arising whether technology is going to save the Planet or the culture.
