Yes i agree with you that the age of retirement should be the same for every one and also people in politics and legislators should have minimum qualification like degree or something, if this is in place then we will have qualified persons who are running the country and this will bring in better results than ever before...

I donot think, age of retirement should be framed, even most of goods professionals get metured in their profession near the time of retirements, say here experience. then we should get advntage of that experence not to get them keep in their house. In others countries, see, how most of experienced senior are sharing their knowledge without any problem.
