Women are multi tasking and its the main attribute which one requires to handle administration jobs, and also due to women's physical attributions, they are not strong as men, and will work with help of others on most occassions and this makes them an important team player...and they are better equipped to handle a team than men according to me.

Man had done , doing and will do . no doubt, but women are also now on the field to prove that they are also have the same capability....take example of Mrs. Pratibha devi Patil, Soniya Gandi, CHanda kochar (CEO_ICICI Bank) are a few who are on the position where they are handelling all very well

for me a women as a HR Manager the best thing in an organization.women understand and manage the employee requirement better than a Man...also, women as hr is more transparent than a Political mind MAN!

i strongly oppose your statement mam because how can you say that man are not good for this,or not have team work ability, it may be possible that women may be good. and we also have to focus on the fact that women are not strong they always need help and some time they are not able to take quick decision, so i think that it does't matter whether you are man or women.

and men are strong so i think they can do this work in better way because if you dont have any one to help then they can do job but in case of women they cant do.
