woh!!! aisa kehate hai na, door ke dhol suhane lagte hai!!! Whether anyone accept or not, but indians are confused and confused mind deliver confusion only. What i studied in school is manners, deliver respect and the system(dominate/corrupt system), when we see US education, then first what we compare is the facilities which they are availing from the universities, but in india the student has to arrange all the facilities and to make avail parents everytime not be able to fulfill. I don't know why we have to discuss in this topic bcoz we know what we do but don't know why we do. This is the stupidity from mr.mula, being HR u should not compare these type of topics. Everywhere we find dirty mind and corrupted too, in between education is always gets dominated.

i think american education system is good till date because their approach for studying is more practical as compare to india. for example :- we have 7 iit's wheir government had already provided full resources and america has only MIT. but all 6 generations and major computer technologies were generated from MIT not from iit.

Santosh, I agree with Shreela. The bases/parameters of comparison are missing. There is no comparative description of the supposedly two systems of study. Both of my aunts have been educators in the USA. There are quite a few approaches to education in the USA and in India as well. Which approaches are you comparing? Are you talking about K12, under-graduate, or post-graduate education?
