I feel the response time in Chrome is aweome.Chrome is faster by orders of magnitude in starting up as compared to Firefox.

As of now, the extension support of Firefox is good and helps to get more from your browser. Chrome is a minimalistic browse but a thing to watch out.

Chrome is simply too fast ,safe and a robust browser.I agree to the fact that the extensions support is not that great as with firefox ,but is slowly improving.

it is very fast to operate in slower connections and simple to use. moreover it is a product from google..

The only thing which i dont like about chrome is that it doesnt support download managers...

Firefox is tested and proven. The addons are delight to use. I love Ubiquity, cooliris, downthemall etc. It needs to be seen if Chrome is open for 3rd party addons and innovations.

FIrefox definitely is far better and only actual 'open source' hitting hard at IE market lead...
not only going behind the market share stats.. and looking deeper into technologies...
Agreed, firefox take lot more time to start-up compared to chrome.. technical reason being it (check for) Updates for itself and all its add-onss each time it start....but being true to its nature of open-source this can be suppressed, cuzing its start-up time if not better but comparable to chrome.

Also, incomparable add-support for Firefox is the main thing that bought ppl out of IE web..and its security is no match from any browser like chrome which still uses piggyback of IE for even network and proxy settings..


Though JavaScript Engine is not the sole measure of a browser's quality............ I wait for Firefox 4, wishing it JSengine to be on the lines of chrome....
