According to my view i feel that Work with smartness is much better than just to work hard. A rickshaw puller or construction labor usually work harder than others but they can't progressive as much as other like their contractor although both are less educated some time. But only smartness is also not provide us growth for thsi we have to work also. So i feel "Do your work in smarter way", it is today's demand & helpful for future also
