SMART in true sense symbolizes "Brain Work" and HARD symbolizes "Physical Activity"! SMART these days has a different connotone - cunning, deceipt, articulate, etc. carries different image. In reality, work should be balanced with smart and hard depending upon the situation. In a tough terrains, viz., hilly terrains and deserts in Jaisalmar, Pokran, etc., however smart you would be has to exert yourself physically in order to complete any task. Its easier said than done!

Never a great work done with out a great labour !! so in every profession kind of work is defined ..I personally think that labour`s work is related to energy and strength & its different game with Nuclear Scientists ..So its Winner choice to say how he won the game finally !! to my profession smart work is good !!

Smart work is no dount the accepted version of work in industry and no dount it pays...but one cannot deny hard work as there are few processes which are not complete untill and unless it is complete...there along with hard work only smart work gets the price...because in order to be sincere..smartness is a null factor...which lacks in most of the indian industries...dignity of labour.

"Smart Work" I prefer smart work rather wasting time in hard work. Only if he/she is good at their work would be able to do it in a smart way. Hard work may fail but smart work never fails.

I agree with this. only hard work can not show you the success in your field. how creatively you can change your hard work up to your ease it is all about the smartness. from the ancient times people becomeing smarter and smarter. By this we are enjoying many of the inventions. We should be smart by mind. how smartly you mould your mind into right directions at the work place.so i think if at workplace we show smartness in work we will definately get progress.

A sotry goes like this: A woman in a pickle manufacuring company is the receipent of Best Worker Award for almost 10 years - for cutting the most number of mangoes (say 300) into pieces in the given time. Then another woman joined and exceeded the first woman by cutting 400 mangoes everyday. Baffled, the first woman enquired how it is possible. The newly joined replied "I will sharpen my knife twice in a day" Work with smartness always yields better results

Often smart work may mean ... " No work ". In some cases, 'smart' Doctors, posted in rural health centres have been taking services of a Class IV staff to work in his place. His work in smart work. Incidentally, this may happen anywhere, people are trying to become smart in 'negative senses.' However, perhaps best will be Smart and Hard work
