MNC has good environment to work.Teaching profession is good ,there is no pressure i agree it but if anyone need a challenging life must work in MNC.Let start this debate.Lecturer's and Employee's share your views.

Teaching is a noble cause ; a service to human kind. MNC is a business cause. In simple, Education is rewarding others-a human resource development. MNC is multiplying money - money-ventures.

As Mr Sandeep opined there is no point in debating on the issue. It is for the individuals decide themselves according to their interest. If everyone opt for MNCs who teaches our next generations. Who said it is not a challenging job. It is also a challenging job, but depends on the individual's attitude towards work. Those who care for giving their best, took it a challenge but those who just works for some money take things light.

I think, there is no point to discuss that which job is better over other!! a good job is meant for your passionate work where you don't feel the work as a burden whether you are a Lecturer or A professional.

Is an vice-versa. Depends Lecturer job is quote talkative and money too....but MNC job is like going n coming bak...money too gradually increases. So its better to have a Lecturer Job

Teaching profession is routine life i think so.But for employee who is working in MNC has many issues and he/she struggle to broke their obstacles and shining in their field.Lecturer please don't mistake me, u r encouraging student to achieve their goal,i agree but most of the students who have UG/PG degree are wish to work in MNC. Due to unemployment they prefer teaching profession as second choice.
