Acc.to me,PSUs are better than IT companies because there is much job securities and initial package is also good than that of IT companies.pls answer in this topic.

no its not in every sphere.like now a days company used to give jobs to the freshers for their energy,innovative ideas and good work.every fresher becomes experienced after a period not in the beginning.
