Good debate.... I would suggest business. It helps you to grow faster and the economy will be benefited from it. This will decrease the employment problem. And many banks are coming forward to provide different loans to help you to start a business......
So stop depending on others start you own business !!!!

I see the majority (so far) favors business over a steady job. I believe if one has to cultivate an entrepreneurial attitude i.e not being born into a business family or have a natural flair for negotiation, to bid time/opportunity etc a job is the best option in post recession times.
Steady income, role expectations and structure of career path will add a sense of order to prevailing chaotic scenario.

For starting the career, job is the best option initially as it with give u the intense experience of the real world and handle the work in the best way to get the result. Job always gives a 1st hand experience of managing things without risk. After getting experience and earning little money one can switch over to business. As we all know that banks are giving loan for the same but when the actual time comes up for funding the loan by bank then lots of hurdles come up and if the person who doesn't have good backup cant take a loan at all. So by analyzing every pros and cons i can conclude that first opt for job n nourish your skill n make utilize of it in the way one wants.
Business is all about understanding the market, right investment at right time. It’s always better to have management experience before starting a business. It gives clarity on how you want to run your business more profficanly and helps in decision making process. I would suggest work for a while and be an entrepreneur. By

Punam i am agree with your side but not the full argument.
Good business is always better than good job but job is always better than small business as today context. First, business is the game of risk which everyone can't play. Second, you are talking about different bank loans but bank only provide loan to those person who really don't need it or having repaying capacity in present. It means those person who want to start his own business without any good financial background don't able to get loan.
But the conclusion of argument still not change that BUSINESS is better than JOB......... It is good for economy, self in-dependency, more job for others and many more...

Business of course but you should be willing to lot of sacrifices and forego luxuries hitherto enjoyed while in service . Most importantly u should give ur subordinates a chance to grow and one day if they start their own u should bless them . That is what the Nadar community practises and they are the most successful as a business community . While in job u earn for yourself but while in business you earn for the whole team . But business does not mean unethical practises as it is widely believed but be a model citizen so that the addage the community suffers gets erased.

Well i would go for business.....though initially it takes a lot of effort and struggle.....but as we follow the saying "Where there is a will,there is a way." Also,you can make changes in the policies and working agendas.....not doing the same everyday as in job,no excitement.
