It absolutely depends.All things being equal, satisfaction with a job or, if we want to expand this,life in general is the ultimate goal. Money is a vehicle for achieving satisfaction.So the answer to this question depends on one's ability to afford those purchasable goods and services that make life satisfying.In other words,if you're poor and starving, then the perfect job that pays nothing won't be terribly satisfying.On the other hand,if you're independently wealthy, then salary probably has less relevance(except as a measure of status) than the satisfaction you derive from the job itself.

Money is more important because we are getting 90% money for work /boss harassment & remaining 10% for the work. So no matter where you go, the situation will be the same.

For me,Job satisfaction does matter...Even during sailing,I never really cared for money but still job satisfaction,I rather be happy and poor than unhappy with money.:)

Yes!But,A career according to me should be decided not just for the sake of money earned,but the amount of satisfaction returned.I would take job satisfaction over money anytime.
