I agree withat both are important but i will give first priority on technical. Because, whenever you explaining something to person, you have some base or you will give some technical example. You have to prove that thing while you are explaining for e.g. Ad like Rin washing powder, Mobile handset, Computer, Shampoo ad,Colgate toothpest etc. they are explaining technically not verbally. They have some base that they can prove and realize to us. So, first technical is important then verbally.
