Though I did not had my hands on both the suites, I will go with Microsoft, as it is their practice to make their offering easier in many respects. for instance, pricing, learning, time to build and deploy, etc. As Ajay, I am also interested in what others have to say on this.

In terms of ease of working and deployement and maintenance I prefer Biztalk also the other reason to vote is Biztalk is I am microsoft guy.

I want to know the feedback from the industry folks working on these products.
