Do we really have the luxury of choosing "roti, kapra aur makan" or they are just said words by some stupid moron and it laid hidden in books. Make life simple and live it, as we all have got only one life...:)

Guys, let me give my own example. I was blessed with the best of bosses (not one but everyone) in my 21 years of working in a Government department and a Nationalised Bank. I produced wonderful systems and packages. Contributed my best. Even today, I am remembered in my ex-Bank for the systems I architected ( we develop -ed our own systems ). But financial? With my savings, I could not think of dreaming big comforts for my children (I was a Senior Manager). Realization came although a little late. And so here I am. Guys, I am not saying that you should put up with a bad boss for a good pay. Search for another job in that case. But bad pay with good boss? You will have my experience. Search for both a good boss and a good pay. There are plenty of openings out there - what with India as well as the world shining.

Good pay with bad boss is an anomaly ! Will a bad boss give u a good pay? If he is giving a good pay, he is a good boss, even if he is wicked LOL. The point is, money can do many things and let us have it done ! U can workon the boss and may be succeed in winning over !

Bosses are never good rarely do we find that people are comfortable with their bosses. just like we cannot choose our parents and sibling the same way we cannot pick our bosses to our liking. Good boss or bad boss the pay should be good.Mostly what we see is that even if the pay is good ant the boss isn't people donot mind as what really matters is good pay at the end of the month not good boss.

Hi friends, I feel the money which we take home at the end of the month counts most since majority of people work for money including me. A person who is good for some people may not be same for many other people. Similarly a boss may be good for few of his subordinates where as he is a Hitler for many. A boss who is committed to his job will not spare anybody who wants to spend duty hours without doing much and such subordinates will make propaganda that their boss is not good. In some cases, a boss who is having ulterior motivations, keeping personal agendas and not doing justification to his position can be a good boss only for cunning subordinates but honest and hard working subordinates will not cope up with his activities. An employee who is a master in his field should use his knowledge as his strength and need not bothered about other petty things like good boss or bad boss. If your boss is really troubling you and damaging your financial prospectus in spite of your ability to carry out all your job efficiently, then being a master in your own field you may find job with better prospectus but make sure that reasons for your resignation are brought to higher ups.

Hi,I think you should find another job.Although the boss is good ,but the company can't give the employer good salary ,the company is not good .You should be brave to find another better work,maybe the work can't make you happy,the you can find another.We should get enough money to make a live then we can talk the interest and the happiness.I think the life is very ture.

i prefer bad pay with good boss rather than good pay with bad boss. work environment too matters, money is important but there are things other than money ,a good boss gives you opportunities ,guides you and helps you to learn..but a bad one at the same time can put you under stress and this can affect your performance,and in turn your career

It is always preferrable to work with good boss. Good boss make the subordinate to mfeel why the has not yet started? Bad boss makes people feel why the day is starting? Boss should guide and counsel in difficultiesinstead of using demotivating and discouraging language.

Money or Boss, what matters to me is what motivates me to get up every morning, get to that desk of mine and start my work with 110% energy. If your boss gives you plenty of opportunities to learn, diversify your experience, that's much more wealth you generate which you can then capitalize anywhere. You certainly cannot get that with a bad boss, not in 1 yr not in 10 yrs.

Bad pay with good boss is correct. If is good, you will mostly feel satisfy in job, yourself etc. When your performance initially good as well as maintain consistency, then assure good boss will pay good after some time. Good boss will give you good opportunity to prove yourself and then good boss will automatically will give you good marks and good pay.

Satisfaction is the most important thing in any job, without this it is not possible to carry on for a long time with the same company; even if you are getting good package. After all this is the only factor which keeps you motivating to perform well & so you do. Money does matter but only to a certain limit. There should be minimum package limit you should keep in your mind but after that work environment, boss & profile etc only matter; which collectively makes you happy and satisfied.

Peace of mind is most important for productivity and development as a professional. A good working environment, a good boss and less of tensions would further creativity and accelerate towards a 100% input. On the other hand, if you have someone on your head all the time, taking the life out of you, what good the money going to do to you. Depends a lot on the organisation. In a co. with strong systems, even a bad boss is okay if pay is good. But in many 'traditional' Indian businesses, a bad boss can make your life hell on a day to day basis, so you get no enjoyment out of a good pay.

HI! My opinion is that the personnel health sooner or later needs a place with a good environment, does not matter so much the kind of boss.
