Which professional sports league's playoff system works the best?

I believe that the most important thing in a playoff system is that the better team wins most of the time. Anything can happen in one game, which means that in a one game the better team has just as good of a chance to win the game as the worse team. That's why Iimmediately throw out the NFL's system. Now it comes down to the NBA and MLB. The deciding factor of this is a statistic. When a series is tied 2-2, the team that wins game 5 wins the series over 90% of the time. In the MLB, the team without home field advantage hosts game 5. In the NBA, the team with home court advantage hosts game 5. I think the team who has earned home court/field advantage has earned the right to host that important of a game. I also don't like theinconsistency of the MLB going from a 5 game series to a 7 game series halfway through the post season. That is why I'm going with the NBA as the professional league with the best playoff system
