This is a dumb debate ! There shouldnt be a CEO @ Home. Both man and woman have to chip in and run the household. Reminds me of the saying "united we stand, divided we fall".

woman take emotional decisions and are not capable of handling the decison making processes. Women are very mainpulative, scheming and self indulging. a woman's ideal place is her home. she can be a good homemaker and can manage home finance well. she is the ceo of the kitch and family

I think Woman can be given the designation of Managing Director rather than CEO..if talking about CEO Specifically then Man is a better CEO at home..but again all depends on the environment both have build at home...
