Who is the owner of this world?

I do agree, nobody rules the world,  when you say we live in harmony, then how do you define it,  its not the question of ruling as such,  very fact that space is occupied with what ever the preposition would be,  there is always a sense of possession and point of ownership,  however, in this pirated world there is no hard and fast rule of ownership in the basic mindset of the people.  When we say who is the owner of this world,  we are trying to identify on whose footsteps does anykind of activities are conducted and followed, is there any specific formulae thats been applied, becoz the present generation products are not justifying it as it should be. so there must be some controlling factor overall considering this matter.  so who take the stand of owner ship to take the lead of this complex world, where we are only seeing the repetitive kind of process than anything else. so who is instrumental in this process driven life.  when the routine is set for everybody to follow the system, one keeps on asking what is this or what is that, so there again there is misconception in understanding of thoughts and its process.  so how one can measure as to who owns or governs the world to follow this or that.  for eg: Bill gates is one sample like wise narayan murthy who made the empire like infosys or for that matter Mr. Azim premji who started as an trader of vanaspati ghee and now owns a huge empire called Western India products and services by the name Wipro.  so at this moment who is the owner of the world.  If there is what it must do to make this world a place to live better.
