If I say "Transgender" would you disagree! Its not the question of gender, successful HR professionals are those who have intuitive skill to assess an individual before selection and support the hired individual to perform well in all possible ways!

yes Mr.JABIR...There should be no discussions in toostep regarding gender qualities...Posting articles on knowledge can be more beneficial.

Why such discriminative discussions are being carried out in toostep regarding the gender. A similar one i found in a discussion regarding 'Who is better coordinators Men or Women' . I believe that apart from physical differences, there isn't any differences in the capabilities of men and women. I am in total agreement with you Muralidharan sir.
