Jokes apart, its an individual's preference. Besides everything, a guy should look for a proper wavelength, attitude and acceptance in the opposite partner. Marriage is like managing a corporate - tolerance and adjustments are the key phenomenon on which one should apply his mind in selection. Parents would seek for good conduct, character, family background, education and employment, and not the least, caste and religion. If you find all these qualities in one individual, you marriage will be heaven on earth!

Men should marry with working women. Womens are by nature caring, nurtering, stable in her life. They can easily manage their working life as well as family life. After completing all households works if she has time to do the job why not. Men should encourage her wife to utilize her studies as well as talent.

here we can't say working or non working women if the both of them have good understand mind with good cooperation in every where they have to go for job if she is non working women also better to foresee the future of children effectivly

It is obviously a personal preference depending on the circumstances. I prefer non working woman.
