We have ro make sure that we have a pool of senior employees who can make the proper suggestion. With the help of an external consultant and an internal consultant is cost effective and more fruitful. Internal consultant knows the core business for the company and the pros and cons. His assistance and suggestion will help the external consultant to give ideas for better prospects.

As for as the consultants of civil engg. works ,they are the link between the industry and the the contractor of work,they also get involved between the two by giving the lowest tender,they are suppose to fulfil the condition on industry,if qualified they are engaged through agreement.

 Hire the consultant too soon and you could be paying for too little and hire the consultant too late and you may end up paying for work that has only marginal return.
