today trends in the IT industry is changed every company need contract engineers or sub cons instead of permanent employee for Organizations benifit, every company has it's rules and regulations for employement when they hire a employee for permanent work they will give good amount of package,time to join(depending on his notice period),allowences plus more benifits when it comes to hiring of Contractors/SUB Cons (Contract to hire) the scenario changes first of all company will ask subcon to join immidiately within 1-2 weeks of time this is like floating their own rules®ulation in to air,secand the package which company offers get shared between employee and consultancies which has provided interview to SUB con,third aspect is when hiring companies say 6 months contract then permanent role actually speaking this happens 10/100 only either company tells our rules are diffrent or wait for 3-4 months we will extend your contract . now if the contract employee leaves his job after 6 month and join another company and the same happens again it definately affect his experiance to be put in resume by that time if goes to interview he has to face questions like why did u changed companies frequently? whose fault is this? the person sufferring from this kind of recruitment is SUB con he lost his money,time,job etc... at least now companies should wakeup and find a solution to this kind of situations in our industry for better growth ratio
