These days even after studing so hard and even after having some good set of skills i wonder job search is most tough?

The job requirement and your qualifications do not match. Most of us work in a 1 interview too late syndrome. We go to one interview, find questions that we cannot answer, brush those up for the next interview. There we are asked something totally different. So we brush that up....The cycle goes on...

I itself facing this problem while finding jobs.Many of the companies simply says that we will offer you if you are able to work directly on projects totally by itself and if you have experience.

Hi jasmin...the sides which you have given in this debate is very contradicting or it is not clear...you are asking in the title which more of a looks like a question or you are asking for ideas and then the sides you have given is making it difficult.

If freshers are able to cross the test in campus then no worries but also there are lots of requirements for fresher in MNC's thr offcampus... but the thing is freshers need to prepare for aptitude test and techinical.Be positive and do ur best.

Corporate can do something only if institutions work on the practical aspect of thing, rather than remaining only theoretical and giving no knowledge on the practical aspect of things.
