why future group has make a tie-up with RMP?

future group made a tie-p with RMP, a multilevel marketing company to sell their products? is it necessary for them? already company has a turn over of Rs. 10,000 cr. and a lot of outlets in india.. rmp has just launched 8 years back. and i felt future group is giving too much consideration to rmp.  is it necessary to them to survive the competition in the market?
