The compare is improper and not very relevant. Just to add, even in Jungle, there is fight for rule, super animal and their ruling area. This can be highly seen with streat dogs even. Let it be animal or human being, for better living conditions, there has to be a monitoring system and control mechanism of activities. When a group of elephants goes for roaming in fields, they always keep the kids in the middle and don't let them go out alone. A group of deers always have a leader and many onlookers, monitors to advice them which side to go, to protect them from large animals. Human has more intelligence power and ability to act quickly without fear. Animals have fear of loosing their group and family, human are not so worried on this point. To overcome these extra ability of human being and control their action in favour and need of ours.

Intelligent life forms recognize the benefits of collective survival and synergy. But along with it comes the Ego! Even in primates, where exists a level of intelligence and ego, we see the formation of groups as well as hierarchies and rules to follow. We also see the ego goading an individual to take over the reins of the group or try to raise its standing within the group. In primates though, there is just one parameter of success - might is right. We humans got more evolved and channeled our energies in various directions to enhance our standard of living and ensures our group's survival. This happened because we redefined our parameters of success and put governance frameworks and monitoring & control to safegaurd these parameters. Goivernance delivers confidence to individuals that they may pursue different vocations that may benefit the society without being afraid of being hurt by those who stick to the base 'might is right' instinct within us. Since 'might is right' is a base instinct it cannot be eliminated but checked. So exceptions will always be there

hello Makarand, your views are good but i feel it is onesided.let's not forget we have evolved ourselves from animal stage and still some of those inheritent qualities has remained in the inner most core of our anatomy.Humans has got the one most powerful tool than any thing and that is brain.function of brain may be used to good / bad at a same time.if some are inhumans there should be some sort of control/governance which is required.finally don't forget "good" cannot be identified without a "bad".

Humans should be certainly monitored, governed and controlled still further.Inspite of we being human beings, still there are issues like terrorism,or the events that we hear in day-to-day news. There are both pros and cons in this matter. We have eventually improved a lot but at the same time, destruction also is at much in existence. There is no need for a person to kill another person.Does this mean that we have achieved civilisation .??

Hello Jairaj, It is sided purely from the view point of how animals who have one religion and different languages can still survive in a Jungle that is their home!! How many understand exactly what a ROAR says?? But the animals know exactly what to do!! Their life style is primitive, they do not have expensive wardrobes or cars to travel in, but still they LIVE and they live majestically! Each and every animal has a distinct characteristic and a defence mechanism in place! I am firmly of the opinion that though the life in a jungle maybe very uncertain, its definitely better! Consider a Man in this jungle which is not concrete but natural, green and abundant! He has all the means to survive here. But he choses to reproduce! And he multiplies slower than most animals do. His main weapon is intelligence and understanding!! Whay he does is, he starts chopping the green and complicates his own living by entering an era of GLOBAL WARMING!! Why does this happen?? It happens because he wants to OUTDO himself! When I make a basic comparision only based on intelligence, I still feel that because we have been gifted with these qualities we are our own undoing!! We need to be monitored, controlled and even led! Emotions present in us can make us completely RESPONSIBLE and NOBLE or completely IRRESPONSIBLE and EVIL!! See the difference in the attitudes of both! We are capable of both. Animals: NONE! Only one rule applies there, SURVIVAL of THE FITTEST!!

Interesting!! In a similar debate earlier I had maintained that animals are better off than people. We have turned from humans beings to inhuman beings. Our intelligence has taken a beating bcause we have allowed oursleves to be governed by emotions that breed jealousy and contempt. We have allowed ourselves to be pressurised by peers. We are putting up a false bravado. An attitude that is not true to its form and its use. We are constantly engaging oursleves into ONE UP MANSHIP!! It is really crazy. On the other hand, when we have pets at home, we try to control our pets and show off the breed and the training that the pet has undergone. Why?? If we go to a jungle safari which is the domain of wild animals, do they greet us with contempt and anger???? They are far more intelligent than we are. Their attitude is far superior. They look at us and seem to say that "I dont know you and lets keep it like that. If you try to harm me I will do the same".
