It is hard to find right talent in yourself and one needs to jump form one field to another to know what are you good at and where can you stay.

I disagree to believe that specialist to be rere.If any field is well-paid, then artisan or supplier will tend to upgrade skill to meet demands. This is natre of market. In sitation of fast changing technology, one need to opt for choosing cost ctting measure in completing task in time.

I disagree. Specialisits were left out and in order to keep up, they did everything, even switch to lowly jobs. It's the idea of self preservation at the cost of everyone else that induces some ppl to do all this.

More and more nowadays, we see that people don't stick to one vocation.I myself have changed my vocation from teaching to writing, editing, to elearning over the period of 10 years. Why is this so? And why are speciliasits losing their value?

Why????????? i wonder, why people change their profession after spending so many years and after spending so much money....even i have seen, my own classmates who were so ambitious and dedicative towards subject, is working on other line of profession..........money may be everything, but a little dedication towards your subject, what u learn can make some of the extraordinary contribution and create marvels in the subject u studied............if u have passion for other line of work. Work on it also side by side. The main stream u studied is more important....otherwise the miscount will happen, we have en number of architects as graduates and few numbers who is practicing it, the quality, individuality and honesty in your work will surely make the stone turn..........it will take time, but that won’t be of waste.........we are still centuries behind, when compared with countries technology wise............why always others???????????? Why not we?????? Who can invent something, which is useful for whole world...........

To remain vital, relevant and keep your days filled with new vistas. The couyrageous are never hesitant to trod through new avenues. I have made one career switch before and I am contemplating another one. It helps to enhance our confidence and prevents complacency. When we become complacent, we are already semi-retired and ageing fast. Soon we will not be able to achieve even the simplest goals - we unto ourselves have failed!!!!!

We are in a dynamic environment. Often, because of the influence of the west, "recognition" and "compensation" became the great inducing factors for this hopping! So, each individual is trained to do multi-tasking!

This is peculiar to Gujaratis. They will say and assert the opposite of what's there and reality and go out of their way to prove their bizarre stand. They dont seem to follow common logic, rationality or even sane ideas anymore.
Gujaratis are doing nothing to belong to the national fabric of the country. They continue to exist as separate, isolated identitites, and it will make no difference if they really are removed. Also, most gujarati businessmen are in it for personal...
