Mr. Mathew sorry to say that you might be eliminated in a stress interview. As seen from your use of words, you gets irritated for small things. This is not correct attitude for a person to maintain the supply chain. He must be patient enough because it is a strenuous job.

to your information, your company has conducted a mass interview for a contract logistics opening but was really dissppointed of having selected only one out of more than a 100 candidates and the one who got selected was my batchmate who already has 2 yrs experience in procurement. MNC's have to be more good in knowing the approach and attitude of the candidate rather than just looking for experience. For me, it is better to select a few reasonably good freshers than just going for 1 or 2 experienced Donkeys..
