Who manages economy today, look at their experience, vision, the way of managing the things, review & monitoing mechanism. etc etc.

If we project managers take the lead. we can do manager economy change better then the present system.

Economy change is not a project. It is a continuous process. First it needs a long term vision, then a strategy and then plan of action.

Managing software or automobile projects in an organisation is completely different from managing economy of the country. Both are completely different sectors. Both in matter and diversification. In organisation, you have a specified team whom you manage but while deciding economy of a country, you have to think about all the 150crore people in 30 states each having its own Cost of Living. In organisations, you don't think about the level of teams but in country, people of both economically extreme conditions are present. So, its not practical to let a project manager to allow handle the economy of a country.
