For some reason money matters, but there are people under middle class family who still live very peacefully & happily. India needs back all people who are NRI, you all should come/go back to India and serve society.

I think people give preference more to the life style. I personally don't know the system there, but I believe that people settle more there because there is more freedom when it comes to individual. You can do what ever you want as long as you are not offending any thing/one. But here in India you have a lot of bullying in the system, which doesn't allow you to work freely. This is the prime reason I think. Of course money is also good there.
