Desr Nega Singh,

If you can not follow what said in simple terms with explanation. Really, I am doubting you. Put across your point very clearly where they do not perform. Do not bush around. Be precise in your argument. Clearly indicate where you find they do not perform.

In any work we have specification to be filled up.It is described before accepting the job. While executing the job, professional is to assure the spec. Not the international spec but what is accepted in the Work. It is not a sub professionalism.

For example, you see 100 odd people welding on the roadside. They just joins by welding. Whereas, if you go to any Industry , they follow AWS1104 code for welding. Both are doing welding but, follow the Clients requirement.

Dear Nega singh,,

It is his(Clients) requirement. May be, he is having limitations of Resource , Finance or other Back up. But , wanted to complete his project. Professional is, an element there to envision his goal. May be a helping hand to drive him to complete it with fullest satisfaction.

I draw the attention , for example, a doctor working in remotest village & also, one working in metro like Apollo. You see the wide gap existing(crunch of resources). Who is to be blamed? the professional or the set-up?.(professionalism or idealism?).

Business should not reduce our integrity and purpose of life. Both parties should feel upligted instead of gruelling in the dust!!!

We have so many standards, regulations, Norms in vogue. But, when we get into business, the professionals approach the problem in Clients requirements (Standards). Risk management philosophy says, " Reasonably As Low As Practicable ". These are the restrictions that circumvent the professional from being Idealistic. He may be an Idealistic in his Life. But, for Client, he needs to offer the deliverables within the limitations (Standards set by him).

Many professionals I know cite that being idealistic is not good. In that sense, they always shy away from performing to the best of their potentials, as a certain amount of idealism is needed in every profession. Why do professinals, despite choosing their fields, don't stand up to the challenges? Why do they allow a lowering of values, principles and accountability? Why do they resort to cruelty, dishonesty and politics in the name of being practical??

Consequently, you are bringing business down to such a low level for both parties. Why do you justify wrong practices in the name of business??

I dont know which side to take because both are equally tough ones. Idealistic professionals are few but still there are performers. I am not satisfied by the sides given.

This is peculiar to Gujaratis. They will say and assert the opposite of what's there and reality and go out of their way to prove their bizarre stand. They dont seem to follow common logic, rationality or even sane ideas anymore.
Gujaratis are doing nothing to belong to the national fabric of the country. They continue to exist as separate, isolated identitites, and it will make no difference if they really are removed. Also, most gujarati businessmen are in it for personal...
