Why Recruiter don't prefer fresher over experience person

I just want to ask that why freshers are not given chance just because they are freshers, as if no one will give chance to fresher then how they will become experienced.

Fresher should be given chance because they have new ideas but these company instead of giving moralsupport to freshers simply demoralize them..........

Yes Himanshu, you are right. Companies always ask for experience. But did they ever think that if freshers are not given chance, how can they become experienced..????

Companies think that experienced persons can perform better than freshers which is somewhat correct also. But did they ever think that business ideas are changing daily? If freshers are given training, then there is a possibility that with latest business ideas, they can perform much betterly.

i think my friend u are giving this statement from your personal experience but no company is like that. today u can see that there is recession even then most of the companies are hiring freshers. but yes when the job profile needs a experienced person then nothing can be done as a experienced person is way ahead and better in handling the job.
