Customers now a dayhave more knowledge of a productor services than the sales persons themselves. Customer's have thousand questions in mind, sales persons have few crammed anwers and booklets with them. Sales person think of a product, more in terms of an offer to be made for achieving the targets, customer look at the product from usage point of view. Go to any website, type in aprodct name and thousands of reviews would already be there, knowledge have increased multiple times, moreover the purchasing value of money is decreasing day by day, the thing that used o cost 100 rupee at one point of time, now cost 500. So the customer goes for the best deal and converting aprospect customer into a sales merely by stating the same old things is not easy. Customer will go for a product only if there is a need, not because the sales person has something to offer. If customer starts buying, whatever the sales persons have to offer, no company would ever fail, be it a short run or long run. The curve will never go to recession or depression. The whole Economical laws would be different.

Customer buys what he wants. Before becoming a customer for a scheme or a product a bank, the customer analyses the customizability of the product to his future and present needs, the risks he faces in the product and also the cost effectiveness of the product. However banks try to mass sell a single product without looking at the customer's needs and aspirations. The result is a low prospect to customer conversion rate.

Awareness among the customers has increased, gone are the days when the customers fall prey to salesmen's salesman skills. With the development of technology and internet the customers are gaining access to all the information related to the products. He compares among different products and then decide which to buy and which not to. Now the job of a sales men becomes more difficult. Todays salesmen needs to equip themselves with lot of product knowledge and other related skills, to convince a customer.

The success ratio in sales among the sales people is very low, reason the very apporch towards the customer, Customer buys what he wants, but the common mistake that sales people do is they sell what they want. thats why prospect dont buy from them, simple funda to succeed in sales is the power of presentation, sell what you have but present it from customers point of view, its that simple. use your words in customers language,
Product can be any thing when customer seen somting for him he will definately get inclined to it. so simple start using languane like" I got this thing for you , insted " I have this will you buy it".
There are many way of presentation and every individual got his own way to present it. but this one is
