Is there is any difference between a crime from an ordinary theif and that of a VIP? Why governement giving VIP treatement to people who are having political back ground or for others having some influence one socio political influence like Satyam Raju and so and so. While the laters are getting 5star treatment in prison others are getting any thing they deserved to eventhogh they are in prison.

Is this indifference in this treatment is right for democratic India.

Do you remember what Mr. Shiv Kheda said? THE INFLUENCER GET BAIL, REST GET JAIL. We do not have any famous politician going behind bars. There were scams, lots of property / cash found on political leaders, convicted but are still not behind bars due to our slow judicial system and loop holes in the law.

No we should not differentiate a VIP and a ordinary man when he has done a mistake. Punishment should be common for everyone and should be treated equally.  If the politicians are educated this will not happen, so be a responsible citizen and help our country grow......

technically speaking no.but as you said because of the power and money people get a different treatment not only in the open market but also in jails. This is mainly because corruptions, flaws in laws, no one to question etc.

Principle y, I can say ,"No". Because, before law everyone is ,"Equal".But to maintain global systemic element, at times - but to say many a times, we adopt this kind of disparity. Can we say judicial knack or loop-hole?. Say, when we carry out cost-benefit analysis of the VIP, it warrants to effect a disparity in dealing. This is not for the individual but for the system as a whole. But, VIP, takes advantage of it.

The constitution maker never visualized for discrimination of individual based on his role and profile in the society. More equal treatment of VIPs is necessarily a legacy from colonial era.

Is there any basis in the Indian law to segregate the theifs or murderes from ordinary man with VVIPs or VIPs. Really till now I couldnt understand why a person like Satyam raju who had done corruptions for crores for rupees getting 5 star facilities and others are getting harsher punishment from the moment they are getting caught from the policeman. What is your say on this.
