We cannot be the only ones to be blamed. Even doctors have to be blamed in a majority of cases because they do not prescribe medicines carefully. Gone are the days of detailed investigations. Today they are so commercial that they want to see as many patients in the given time and move on to greener pastures. ALso if the docs give proper medicines and the patient recovers in the first visit itself, it leads to a loss of income for the doc. Even medicines produced today cannot a lay a claim for being authenticate ! Add environmental factors to this - pollution, increased new strains of microbes, drug resistant microbes and so on...

At present we are so much addicted to shortcuts that we have literally forgotten the benefits of the exercise we are ought to do to keep up a good health. We just want our health perfect by swallowing medicines no matter what would be its effects and what would be the next tablet to be consumed to overcome the problems of the previous one.

Medicines (whenever necessary), appropriate diet & exercise should all go together to build up the 'correct level' of resistance within the human system - else, suffering is bound to continue!!!

it is indeed so that men don't do exercise physically...and more of..it has become like we are more dependent on medicine..if not physically then atleast psychologically which means once we intake any medicine we start getting the feeling we shall be cured now which is actually one of the major reasons madicines at initial level work...but rather if we consider there are nothing called as medicines the scene will overall be different as people used to do in early ages..not complainig about the quality of food today but if even the food available ..the healthy ones obviously ..are consumed at dietery levels even excercise won't be a big necessity as well as medicines.

Can't say this Just go through the net and search what kind of fatal and incurable disease were there. Atleast we have found remedies of them and are always innovating ourselves to make medicines for what so called incurable diseases. In past people used to do hard work but still against fatal disease like TB, Malaria etc. they were helpless regrdless of how much strenuous work they used to do. Atleast we are free from those kind of disease at this point.

Physical Excerice only cannot assue fitness and no need of medicines. The debate is on More dieases with maximum ,medicines. Our environment is polluted. The air which we breath is polluted. When the Input is defective automatically the output shall be defective. Before a baby is born, we start consuming medicines and it continues untill we die.... so its co existance.
