Most graduates expect high pay and yet they have not gained enough experience to be effectively productive. my suggestion is that let them be patient, start at any scale and as their experience accummulates their papers will yield meaning. otherwise having papers with no productive capacity is not a value adding attribute to any company or organization.

see today in india we always seen one thing those person who are graduate or post-graduate they always get high job or salaries in every field whether they have the knowledge about or not but if they have the degree they go to anywhere but the students who have the good knowledge or good command in computers can't have the right to get high job because they are not graduate so is graduate is too big neccessary for making our dreams true in computer technology industry

i m not saying this all graduate are not knowledgeable person my point is that those students who are unable to complete graduation due to some problem but they have the huge knowledge about other fields then why are not getting good job in any other field
