In the Motorcycle industry  the 4 Brand influence by individually.  They are monopoly in Service other then  company Service Center, we have to go for local mechanic. Most of the mechanic not have to user the proper tools, and equipment for service the two wheelers,   The Two wheeler Owners are having a vehicle with the dream and  more over that is big life time investment for average class people they like to keep the vehicle, and maintain the vehicle like family member, and more then that also.

The company service not at all consider for the customer satisfaction and not consider there feel,  if we ask them why its like that, they are not even ready to give the proper answer for it.  Even if we take in to the Management for the Dealers they are all so money minded with out giving a proper service they like to make a money, because there are monopoly service centers.  In the  Market there is no alternative corporate service center like, with the one company to have the branches allover the nation and give the service for multi brand two wheeler.  At present the Oil Company Started a alternative corporate service centers,  but its like Frances only they are focuses on the customer satisfaction but not on the mark.  They are focuses on oil Sale.

My surjection is the only way to get the perfect competitor need in the market,  then only we will get cost less good services Like a cell phone service providers.

Alternatives service centers are nothing but better options for conusmers who cannot go in for regular company service centers due to factors like distance from home, flexibility in giving service on weekends, costing - sometimes its high as the vehicle gets older, personalization etc. As in my experience Castrol Bikezone gives me a vehicle pickup service on sundays as well and gives it back within a day which is pretty convenient as opposed to the days wherein i had to queue in front of the service center and then end up waiting for 2 or more days to get the vehicle back

To provide comfirtable servicing to customer ,keeping distance in mind ,company has alternative company centers in big cities.

Two wheeler numbers are too much and only company service center can't do the servicing in time hence alternative centers have been placed ,in big city distance also matter's

I agree with Mr. Rajkumar. The company service centre is not available everywhere so we go to local mechanic who many a times lacks too many complicated tools. Also, the servicing done in company service centre is not cheap. I therefore believe that Automobile companies should provide alternative servicing centres to company servicing centres.
