PM is not a puppet in the hands of Sonia or Rahul. In Every Political Party all prty leaders have a say a PM has to hear to all of them. You cannot term this act as becoming a Puppet Just because Sonia is not Inidan by birth and from Nehru Family. Every one gets their respect for what they are. A PM or Party president alone will not be taking all the decesions and it is not posible also. When some one does something wrong you cannot term Party boss or PM as responsible for it, as long as the PM or Party bosses take actions against wrong dooers as soon as it comes to their knowledge or comes to light. Congress is doing that and they are doing the right thing. Opposition in India was never been a constructive opposition. In that congress is much better even as opposition than any other party in this country and you will know it if turn the pages of histroy. Most Opposition parties are just wants to take advantage of every situation to humuliate the ruling party and make money for themselves or gain public sympathy for it. General Public in India is a Puppet in the hands of Politicians and they dance to their tune for small money and future personal gains they can expect when the politician gains power. Thats why India became slaves of Mulim invadors and then the Europeans and British.

In collsion goverment of nos of parties.PM becomes help less like the bismptama in mahabharat. So far conceren of soniya and rahual conisit it his the matter of matual understanding. what ever we see,s that we talk. If we think broadly may sonyia and rahual is apuppet of PM. It may be possible in the Guidness of the PM they are working. PM may now other leader of his party and collssion party leader may not listen to PM. But they are direce /inderect in the contraol of soniyagi. As the past history of the congress. We have seen in the Goveremnet of Indra Gandhi no body cna oppose him all the members were the puppet of indraji. Instead of saying that PM is the puppet of sonyaji. I feel that Soniyaji is the puppet of PM Manmohan singh.

Oposition is wasting Parliments time. Most MP's do not have any sense. They start shouting evry time some one is given an opportunity to speak by the speaker. It is a shame that we have elected useless people as MP's. If they find some corrupt they should file a case in the court not waste parliments time for that. Parliment is a law making body and discuss Budgetary Issues. For getting releif doctors had persuade the government and argue their case. Opposition should have studied the hospital system, discussed with doctors and then introduced amendments in The Parliment on Governments proposal of service tax. They only shout on issues by which they caN DIVERT THE ATTENTION OF COMMON MAN FOOL him and ultimately grab power. They dont work like constructive opposition.

Its a total grapevine, there is no substantiated evidence to the facts of the matter. I would not imagine a Prime minister of this country to be a part of this loose communication that would effect the functioning of the government, we have enough of scams to be looked into, we are still in the lines of BPL. so he cannot be party to this.

I am in line with Mr. Subash Throat. These informations are to be viewed in the light of the following. - The origin of information is alien. Validity is under questionable premise.
- These kind of medias are , now-a-days coming with confidential rated information for making ...........................(I leave it your guess).
- You, mean to say , Wikileaks is to bring out such rated info & no other investigative media available in India. This latest trend in exposing things particularly , on India, pose a bit doubt .
- It is construed as an attempt to tarnish the image set-out in the World, particularly, after Mr. Obama assuming power.
- We have system to question people, PUNISH / ADMONISH BASED ON THE FINDINGS. Let it take the course.
- Information explosion & communication advance is unable to control information classification. This put, many organization into trouble.

It is unfortunate that aman of Dr.Manmohan singh, has been dragged into this. I am sure heart of heart no leader in opposition are aware that PM is above board. Unfortunately selfish/party interests sacrifice the morals. Even Mahatma Gandhi would not have been spared this political situation.

PM is puppet in the hands of our democratic system. He works with his team. Had he been autocratic, most of his critics would again have taken him the same way. I am in awe with his great leadership and feel lucky to have him as PM of my country. I know a lot of people who feel accepting responsibility is a sign of weakness. Most of us don't try and understand the legend of Manmohan Singh, who in spite of all odds, bought money to the pockets of common man.

All PMs were puppets in the hands of people around them. Atalji was puppet in the hands of people like Advani and so on. Just because Sonia is Italian born and Rahul her son and they belong to the Nehru familly dont say PM is puppet in their hands. Who is not a Puppet? In Karnataka We have to find out if BJP national Leaders are Puppets in the hands of Yddiyurappa and in Gujrat Modi is the Puppet or --? Devegouda and family. List does not end here you name a politician his family members are around him and then so called party leaders. he has to the flock with him and unless he is apuppet how can he take the flock together. What to days CMS want id the CMs Chair and Money making opportunity so that they will retain their chair and pass it on to the next kin successfully. SO dont blame ManMohan Singh. Opposition in this country is a big failure. They are interested only in grabing the power for themselves. Have you seen any oppostion party bringing in amemdments to bills and laws or policies, or submitting a parallel budget. They only spend time in unearthing scams and make a big issues out of it.When they come to pover they will do more scams and then say who has not done scams why only blame us. That is what is happening in Karnataka today. BJP makes better use of the loopwholes in the law and policies and make money for themselves and say we have done ti legally.

When the entire US Government and the notorious CIA is after the Wikileaks, an independent free source of true information is given to the public, the public will react like the way you reacted. You might be believing the channels such as Fox, CNN, BBC etc all are highly funded by the Corporates.

That our politicians compromise the country and some have or will even go forward and sell or will sell our country to foreign powers for money is not to India and Indians. Even today, many politicians from all parties and background, wouldn’t mind our country being sold to foreign powers. The PM was vociferously advocating the signing of the Nuke treaty which was blatantly tilted towards US and other nuke powers. It was during that time I started getting doubts about the integrity of Mr. MMS. I feel that all the so called “Clean Image” is much hyped up by the media. Was signing the nuke treaty so very important that MMS was willing to risk losing the government and face fresh elections? So why did he do proceed with all the risks. Where did the cash come from? It is obvious that it came from USA. To give example of how India was compromised earlier please read further - 1 : In fact, if India had exploded only two more nukes during the ’74 Phokran tests, we would have automatically become a member of the nuke club and there would be no necessity for all this. But unfortunately, even though our scientists had been ready to carry out the tests, it was called off by the government headed by Indra Gandhi, for god knows whatever reason she had. The scientists were ready, the bombs were ready, everything was fine with only one exception – the government’s go ahead signal which dint come through at all. There was so much pleading by the nuke gurus of India during those days (who made the bombs) to go ahead with further tests, but to no avail. The only plausible explanation would be that the government of the day was “taken” by the US representatives (much as it is today) and the politicians of the day compromised India in the nuke club. How much money was exchanged would never be known now. 2 : The China War. During that time China was only starting to build its air powers. India had far superior air capabilities and the then PM Nehru was advice to go ahead with a full all out air strike. But he for god knows why dint give the go ahead. India lost the war. If at all there was the fear that we would lose the war, then why go to war at all. If we had used the air power and then lost, we would at least had the soles that we tried and did our best, but still dint make it. It was after the war that China really built all its military force to modern standards. It was because of Nehru’s fear that we lost the war and yet the nation hails him as a great leader.

No doubt PM is an epitome of propriety. We had always kept him in high esteem. But of late lot of things(!) are happening around him.Perhaps he is not aware of certain issues.PM cannot allow things to go wrong around him.He need to step down and maintain his self esteem when things are beyond his control.

@Konkan, abstaining from taking part in the Electoral is itself the root-cause of this problem. many educated do not vote just for the reason that everyone is corrupt and the ones who vote are the illiterates and the BPL citizens who are only interested in how many free saris, TVs, Booze etc they get for their votes. In fact the ones who do not vote does not have the right to comment or crib on the issues as well. There were a few corporates (eg. Meera sanyal) who stood for the election. We the people are ass h for not voting for such people.

@DEEP, you are right, what we can do is to educate people and request them not to take part in the Electoral, anyways, the greatest financial crisis is unfurling so, we do not have much time in our hand instead we can say a big NO to the Government and the so-called Monetary System- Reference-The creatures from Jekyll Island by G. more than blaming them its time to introspect and ask ourselves do we really need such a PM whos only acting at the behest of his so called high command and does not have the nerve to take individual decisions. Being a good human being does not help for the greater good. all the scams are coming out one by one and showing that congress is a more corrupt party that its counterparts.

Instead, we should work on how to manage the resources of India by taking excerpts from Jaque Fresco, Nikola Tesla, Mother Teresa, Judi Krishnamurti,Mahatma Gandhi, Narayanan Krishnan-----RESOURCE BASED ECONOMY...NO POVERTY NO SOCIAL STRATIFICATION NO CASTE NO RELIGION-WE LIVE AS ONE-SINGLETON...:D

Assange has categorically criticised our PM for misleading the public. If these leaks were not proper, US Government would have initiated action against those involved in the US Government - why were they silent? he asked. our PM has lost his propriety and Nationalism, fear of losing chair is prepared for any criticism and is sold to US! Its a common fear that India is gradually losing its SOVEREIGNTY!
