3G do not able to generate as much impact as 2G has done. the only problem is that the handset for 3G is costly. the amin features of 3G is video conferencing and high speed net. very few people wants video conferencing because each and every person wants to hide his location.for high speed net mobile handset are not sutaible for this.braodband has upperhand in this condition.

Early adoption rate is very high in India, whether it is food ( Macdonalds, KFC, Pizza Hut), FMCG ( Gillet Mach 3), Mobile Handsets, Car etc, I think a new technology which is going to change the entertainment, gaming and communication rule. A revolution is going to happen, a simillar to mobile and TV penetration in India. 3G would combine the both, the pace may be slow or fast depends upon the pricing, but there is no doubt, it is going to change the way we live.
