BSNL will survive and no other company can overcome BSNL, BSNL as a government firm so they don;t bother of profit & loss. And still some of the places are there, where only BSNL is having network like during Aarnath yatra, some of the hilly areas etc.

Narendra it would be great if you can take a side and argue.

According to me BSNL is dying day by day. Other private players are taking the telecom industry to next level leaving BSNL behind. For BSNL to survive the government should loosen its policies :P

I agree with Nisha that it is dying day by day but as RF Engg I know that it will back with the bang in 3G,But Govt. should do one thing that they stop giving contracts to vendours that are really not upto mark for the optimisation of the network...

BSNL A Govt. of India Enterprise, till date very large PSU in the term of PSU, BUSINESS, Physical Assets ,infrastructure and mainly due to its valuable customer base in the field of DEDICATED CIRCUITS , it will definitely not only survive but improve in the future.

Secondly if compare last 10 years the attitude of officials are changing, young people are I seen dedicated to their works, there is no problem of funds, network and infrastructure.

it will because as my self an engieer in bsnl network I have seen a plus point with bsnl infrastucture is that its a govnt. subsidary and that make it possible for bsnl to survive because it never hae a capital cisis or nor dependable for profit means. it only meant for providing service to its indian costmers.
