The recent inflation has created more financial burden on employees ( Middle Tier) especially the increase in vegetable prices and Petrol. This will indirectly impact the daily expense of an employee and thus reducing his/her savings capacity. HR department along with management of each company should take a serious note of this and compensate the employees accordingly by providing them with reasonable hike.
